Northern building:

  • 37,824 sf

  • Mixed-use, residential (36 units), office, restaurant, retail.

  • 25 on-site parking spots (residential only, 0 spaces for 9,456 sf of office, restaurant, retail).

  • 150' building frontage on Troost.

The parcels that are proposed to be rezoned are located on the west side of the 4500 block of Troost and share a property line with the single-family homes on the 4500 block of Gillham Rd.
